Coventry, UK – 14 October 2026 – Histofy Ltd has today announced a commercial agreement with PathAI, Inc., a member of the Roche Group and a global leader in AI-powered digital pathology solutions. Under this non-exclusive agreement, Histofy's pathology AI tools will be made available to laboratories for use within PathAI’s AISight* Dx Image Management System (IMS) through its AISight Marketplace. This collaboration broadens the range of AI-enabled solutions available to AISight users and reinforces PathAI's commitment to interoperability, reliability, and customer flexibility.

MitPro, Histofy's multi-indication mitosis detection and counting tool, is the first of Histofy’s product portfolio to be integrated into the AISight Marketplace and will soon be available on the AISight IMS platform for research use only, initially. Over time, Histofy plans to introduce additional AI solutions for use in the AISight Marketplace.

Pathology laboratories increasingly seek direct access to high-performing algorithms without the cost and complexity of custom integrations. PathAI’s AISight Marketplace supports this need by delivering specialized AI tools directly within the image management workflow labs already rely on.
